Hexadecimal to Octal Conversion
Conversion of Octal to Hexadecimal cannot be done directly. Firstly we need to convert Octal into its equivalent decimal number then decimal to Hexadecimal. Follow the steps below to understand the process.
Step 1: Consider the given Octal number
Step 2: First count the number of digits in the number
Step 3: If n is the position of the digit from the right end then multiply each digit with 8n-1
Step 4: Add the terms after multiplication
